Product & Technology

1. What are your main products?

We provide commercial and household drinking water equipment, large-scale water treatment systems, and core components. Complete units include: commercial water dispensers, community water dispensers, office water dispensers, ice water dispensers, hydrogen-rich water dispensers, sparkling water dispensers, under-sink filtration systems, and large-scale water treatment equipment (RO/UF/containerized). Components include: water tanks (10L-100L+), sparkling water modules, and cooling modules.

2. What water output options do your dispensers offer?

Five output options: hot water, cold water (2-8°C), ambient water, sparkling water, and hydrogen-rich water. For units exported to European and American markets, child safety locks can be added. For Southeast Asian markets, the hot water temperature can be adjusted to 40-85°C to reduce energy consumption.

3. Can your dispensers support overseas local payment methods (scan-to-pay, card payment, coin payment)?

Yes. Our water dispensers come with a standard MDB interface and support coin acceptors, bill validators, card readers, and QR code payment modules that are compatible with the MDB protocol. Customers can purchase local payment modules and adapt them themselves, or we can pre‑integrate them upon request (customer needs to provide the relevant payment module components).

4. What are the core technologies of your sparkling water dispensers and ice water dispensers?

The sparkling water dispenser uses our self‑developed sparkling water module (Guangdong Hanrui) to produce sparkling water on‑demand – refreshing taste, sugar‑free, and healthy. It is suitable for both commercial and household scenarios. The ice water dispenser is equipped with a high‑efficiency cooling module that supports rapid cooling, ideal for hot climate regions and the catering industry.

5. What are the application scenarios for large‑scale water treatment equipment?

Large‑scale water treatment equipment (reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, containerized) is widely used for industrial water, municipal water supply, centralized water supply, aid‑to‑Africa projects, and emergency disaster relief. We can provide customized solutions based on project requirements.

Customization & OEM

1. Do you accept small batch orders? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. The MOQ for complete units can be as low as 50‑100 units, and for components it is even more flexible. We are committed to helping overseas customers test the market at low cost.

2. Can you do OEM/ODM customization?

Yes. We offer logo printing, customized packaging, and functional customizations (e.g., temperature settings, water output options, payment interfaces, etc.). Please provide your detailed requirements, and we will issue a customized solution.

3. Can we purchase only components (water tank, sparkling water module, cooling module)?

Yes. Our components can be exported independently. Customers may purchase core modules separately for assembling their own branded water dispensers or for repair and replacement.

Certification & Quality

1. What certifications do your products have?

We have obtained CQC, 3C, ISO9001, National Drinking Water Hygiene License, and Industrial Production License. For target markets, we can provide CE, CB, and other international certifications. For the North American market, we can cooperate on UL/NSF certification.

2. How do you ensure product quality?
We implement a full‑process quality inspection: incoming material inspection → in‑process control → finished product aging test → 100% functional test before shipment. We also have a standardized laboratory and large‑scale equipment production lines to ensure that every unit is stable and reliable.

Logistics & Payment

1. What payment methods do you support?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For new customers: 50% deposit, balance against copy of Bill of Lading. For regular customers, terms can be discussed.
2. What is the lead time?
Usually 15‑30 days after receiving the deposit, depending on order quantity and customization requirements. Standard products and component orders have shorter lead times.
3. How do you arrange international logistics?
We cooperate with several freight forwarders and mainly work on FOB terms. For regular customers, CIF can be discussed. Goods are shipped from our Shunde or Jinan factories to designated ports (e.g., Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Qingdao). We can also assist customers in designating their own forwarders.

After‑Sales Service

1. Do you provide installation and technical support?
Yes. We offer remote installation and commissioning guidance (for large equipment) and provide multilingual product manuals, installation videos, and technical white papers. We can help overseas distributors build local after‑sales capability.
2. Can you help with water quality analysis?
Yes. Please provide the local water quality report (TDS value, hardness, fluorine/iron/manganese content, etc.). Our technical team will recommend the most suitable filtration solution and model.
3. What is the warranty on components?
Water tanks, sparkling water modules, and ice making modules are covered by a one‑year quality warranty. Under normal use, if any quality problem occurs, we provide free replacement or repair.
